Return/Refund Details

  • We do our best to give guidance on sizing for Brands that do not run true to size.  Please read product descriptions and reviews before purchasing.

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and on carpet or a soft surface to avoid getting scuff marks on the soles of the shoes.

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 9 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. You can start your return here. 

  • If you would like to have the merchandise back that you sent us past the return date you will need to pay the return shipping cost.

  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition.

  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoe box inside another box, as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

  • Final Sale Items: We do not offer refunds and/or returns for final sale items. No exceptions.  Clearance styles and styles that are marked down by more than 50% are final sale items.

  • Luxury Lines: Some of our Luxury lines are Made to Order.  These are styles that are not in-stock and are produced just for you.  There is a 20% restocking fee for any returns and/or cancellations (after production begins) on these styles.  Made to order styles are clearly noted in the description.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package.

  • Refunds will be issued on the credit card used to purchase the item. If the credit card is no longer valid, the refund will be mailed via a check.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges:You can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.  We do not do exchanges, only refunds.

  • We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.  Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return package, as Shoe Snobb is not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Refund Eligibility:Your return will be inspected within 1-3 business days of receipt.  If in acceptable condition, a credit will be automatically issued back to your original form of payment in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from once the refund has been issued.

  • Once your item has been delivered to your home address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

How to Make a Return

  • Return Labels: We provide these labels to you via email if your product is eligible.  You can start your return by sending a request to We deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund unless the product was defective and/or you did not receive the correct item.

  • If you believe you have not received a response from us, please check your spam and/or junk mail.

  • PLEASE NOTE – If you send us items that are ineligible for return, we will not accept them.  Therefore you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them back.
