Return Details

  • We do our best to give guidance on sizing, as some styles may not be true to size.  Please read the description before purchasing.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for return. All clearance items are final sale transactions.
  • All returns must be received within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns that are received after the 7th day from the delivery date will not be accepted. If you would like to have the merchandise back that you sent us past the return date you will need to pay the return shipping cost.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoe box inside another box, as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Refunds will be issued on the credit card used to purchase the item. If the credit card is no longer valid, the refund will be mailed via a check.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.  Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package, as Shoe Snobb is not responsible for lost return packages.

How to Make a Return/Exchange

  • If you would like to purchase pre-printed labels via our site, send a request to customercare@shoesnobb.com
  • Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return. Your return must contain the original packing slip that you received with your order.
  • PLEASE NOTE – If you send us items that are ineligible for return, we will not accept them.  Therefore you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them back.
  • If you are making an exchange, once your return is received, we will send you a link to pay for shipping the replacement item.
