Return/Refund Details

We want you to have a great online shopping experience with us. Reading our Return Policy, product descriptions and reviews are key steps to having a great online shopping experience.

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, you can do so through our automated return center below. Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can’t be cancelled or changed. You’ll have to wait until you receive your purchase and then return it.

Shoes must be tried on indoors and on carpet or a soft surface to avoid getting scuff marks on the soles of the shoes.

Returns must be received in our warehouse within ten (10) days of the delivery date.  If you return an item beyond the 10-day return period, we are NOT able to issue a refund, credit your account or re-ship the item back to you.

All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition.

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoe box inside another box, as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

We do not offer refunds and/or returns for final sale items. No exceptions.  If you return a final sale item, we are NOT able to issue a refund, credit your account or re-ship the item back to you.

Final Sale Items include:

  • Clearance styles
  • Styles marked down by 50% or more
  • Apparels
  • Masks
  • Handbags
  • Gift cards

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package.

Refunds will be issued on the credit card used to purchase the item. If the credit card is no longer valid, the refund will be sent via Paypal.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable – even when there are delivery delays, as we do not have control over packages once they leave our warehouse.


Because inventory changes daily, we do not do exchanges, only refunds. If your item is returnable, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

Terms & Conditions

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return package, as Shoe Snobb is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Eligibility: Your return will be inspected within 1-2 business days of receipt. If in acceptable condition, a credit will be automatically issued back to your original form of payment in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from once the refund has been issued.

Once your item has been delivered to the shipping address you provided, we are not responsible for stolen items. If you have concerns with packages being left at the door, please contact UPS to provide them with instructions around delivery preferences. All packages are insured to cover lost packages (not stolen packages). If a package is lost by UPS, we will refund your order, after the completion of a UPS investigation that determines that the package was lost and never delivered.

Automated Return Center: Access your return center online (below) to receive a return merchandise authorization(RMA) number.  You must have an RMA# in order to return an item.  Packages received without in RMA# will be charged a $5 processing fee.  Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).


If you believe you have not received a response from us, please check your spam and/or junk mail, as we are very responsive to customer inquiries and usually respond within 24-48 hours.

PLEASE NOTE – If you send us items that are ineligible for return, we are not able to issue a refund, credit your account or re-ship the item back to you.
